How Does This Help Teams?

Participating Teams are able to earn half of the funds accrued through the sale of raffle tickets (exact amount determined by amount of tickets sold and cost per ticket). These funds can be used to cover expenses like travel to tournaments, materials, or registration costs.

How Does This Help FIRST in Alaska?

The remaining amount raised – less than administrative costs – will go to JEDC and support the FIRST in Alaska Robotics Program on a statewide level!

How Much Are Tickets?

Tickets are sold at $10.00 a ticket. We accept cash or checks payable to “JEDC” or “Juneau Economic Development Council” with “2025 FIRST Raffle” in the memo line. After the conclusion of the raffle, participating teams will receive a payment equal to half the cost of tickets ($5.00) multiplied by the quantity of tickets sold, or half of their original total sales.
