DAY-BEFORE SETUP (May 8th) 

• 10:00am – 2:00pm: Help set up tents and tables
• 2:00pm – 6:00pm: Help set up tents and tables

DAY-OF (May 9th) 

• 7:00am – 11:00am: Help set up booths, direct vendors, and transport equipment
• 5:00pm – 9:00pm: Teardown — help take down tents, transport equipment, and more
