Working Disability Buy-in is a Medicaid program that allows an employed disabled participant to purchase Medicaid benefits for daily and medical support.​

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Monthly premiums based on income. Program has an annual income limit​
  • Often this program, will need to have a Miller Trust established to collect monthly earned income.  Payment for the Medicaid is an authorized expense. ​
  • Will allow for medical and spectrum of Medicaid Waiver services.​
