State of Alaska managed assisting living facility for those who are 60+ years meeting medical criteria and who have resided in Alaska for at least one year. Several locations statewide. There is an non active and active waiting list. Placement is determined by application date. Seniors can sign up for the non-active waiting list at age 60+ and change wait list status when they are in need of placement. Preplanning is encouraged. Accepts private payment, Patient Assistance Program, Medicaid, and private insurance.
