Providing loans for working capital, equipment, construction or other commercial purposes to businesses located in a community with a population of 5,000 or less that will create or retain jobs in the community. Loan amounts to $150,000 to one person businesses or up to $300,000 for two or more person businesses. Maximum term is 25 years.
