Junior Achievement – Juneau, AK

Junior Achievement (JA) is a collaboration between the business community, educators, and volunteers – all working together to inspire and prepare the next generation for success. Through experiential, hands-on programs, Junior Achievement empowers young individuals with valuable skills in work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

The Junior Achievement of Alaska – Juneau Committee is currently led by the Juneau Economic Development Council (JEDC). We actively invite local businesses, organizations, and individuals to get involved. JEDC serves as the local coordinator, managing volunteer and educator outreach, organizing volunteer orientation sessions, and working with the statewide JA office to provide program kits and promote the program throughout the community.
