Jelena is a great addition to the JEDC team. In her most recent position as a Learning & Development Representative at Virgin Voyages, Jelena achieved a 70% increase in training completion and exceeded key performance indicators through the design and implementation of a comprehensive travel partner learning journey. As the Co-Founder of Skitara, she successfully established operational efficiency, expanded the customer base, and developed a worldwide tour network. In her previous roles at Carnival Cruise Lines, Jelena executed training programs, coordinated and facilitated special events, and provided financial insights as a Finance Specialist. Overall, she possesses a strong background in learning and development, event coordination, finance, and customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
