Vendor Parking Sign Up

We now have permission to use the gravel lot adjacent to festival grounds for vendor parking. This lot will be available to vendors on a first come, first served basis and a parking pass will be issued to you when you arrive to park in this lot (one per vendor, please!). There will not be an unloading/loading zone within this lot, just park your car and begin to move your gear. Porters will be available at a vendor check in tent (blue top, 16×16′, “X” on map) from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please note that the approximate capacity of this gravel lot is 80 cars, and we have 127 vendors this year!

We will still coordinate an unloading zone in the “Brickyard” Docks and Harbors parking lot which is between Marine Park and the Downtown Library, at 254 Marine Way (see photo). If you have already registered for an unloading time but wish to use the gravel lot instead, you don’t need to cancel your sign up, just choose whichever option works best for you on May 9th.

Vendors can sign up for a 30-minute unloading time in the “Brickyard” by clicking on this link Sign Up Genius. This online link will close for entries on May 7th.
Registering through this link will enable you to enter the Docks and Harbors “Brickyard” lot to park your car for 30 minutes so you can unload your gear on festival grounds. After your 30 minute time slot is ended, please move your car to another location.

The Main Street Parking Garage near the Transit Center is free on Saturdays, and the Marine Parking Garage (MPG) and all of downtown is free for parking on Saturdays and is first come, first serve.

There are 280 parking spaces in the MPG over 4 levels. We will also have a gate open on the bottom level of the MPG if vendors wish to park there and load gear through there.

We will have staff monitoring the “Brickyard” lot to ensure adherence to the 30-minute unloading time, and volunteers and carts will be available to help vendors move their gear.
The “X” in the photo indicates a vendor check in tent where volunteers will be stationed.

Youth porters will be stationed here to assist vendors as a fundraising exercise, please tip your porters! We will have a collection bin for cash donations under the check-in tent, and QR codes posted on site to tip your porters and concierges electronically.

Vendors may also request assistance from our vendor concierge team during the festival for tasks such as beverage runs or brief booth coverage during breaks.
Our vendor concierges will be wearing yellow hi-vis vests for easy identification and will roam festival grounds from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Wave one down if you need someone to watch your booth or grab you a snack!

Persons wishing to sign up to offer services as vendor porters or vendor concierges are invited to register on this Sign Up Genius link.
